- Decals are cut from Premium 3M Matte Black air release vinyl for a bubble free application. These decals get applied with a DRY INSTALLATION. Adhesive is pressure activated. Installation is a breeze. Backing paper is cut or hinged to allow for easy application. Vinyl has a 10-year performance life. Felt Application squeegee is included.
